resetting throttle body
If you look at the posters, and igore the newb posts, you will get the correct info.
You can reset the ecu by disconnecting the battery (a few minutes is more than enough). All that will do is clear any stored information. You dont necessarily need to do that. But if you decide to reset the ecu, you will need the radio code to put back in the radio because disconnecting the battery will lock the radio.
Then to reset the Throttle body, you just turn the key to the on position and wait about a minute, Thats it. Do this with the battery connected. Dont touch the gas pedal while doing it.
If you pop the hood, and turn the key on, and go look, you can see and hearthe throttle bodyadjusting itself.

I'm having similiar problem and I followed this procedure but it would not perform the TBA on its own. I've searched and seen severel people have had the same problem but no one ever comes back to say what fixed it.
