So from browsing I see the widest we can go without rubbing is 8.5 without rolling fenders

Im going to get a set of 18x8 ASA AR1's.... however im debating on tires cuz im wonderi9ng whats the widest tire you can go.
It recommends 225/40/18
However a friend has done 245's b4... let me know guys whats the widest

 

just roll your fenders if youw ant more.

 

if you car is or eventually be lowered 225's are going to suite you perfect.

you will most likely want to lower it with 18s and stock height.. but yeah they will fit fine without rubbing

 

225 is the max width for a lowered car without rolling fenders.
