road paint removal

Hey guys,

How do i remove road paint?? I noticed some road paint on my driver side skirts. Its pretty dry. Please let me know.

thats a toughy. how do you get the road paint off without taking off the gloss coat? hmmmm i would post in the detailing section for a good answer.

3M rubbing compound - medium cut. Use it by hand, not with a polisher.

definitely not thinners it will weaken if not burn through, use a very blunt plastic scraper to remove the crusty part then do as brrman says to clean/polish up
