Hi, apparently, my car needs a In1 service. Does anyone know what kind of work is recommended for the In1? Also, my car needs a thermostat, are those reasonably priced? Thanks!

 

oil/oil filter/air filter/ plugs/ pollen filter/ timing belt and all parts/ coolant and thermostat/ break fluid-pads-disks the list is endless, depends on mileage/warranty

 

what incrament is this?

30k-air filter spark plugs

45k-trannie fluid

90k- timing belt, accessorie belt

and if you take it to the dealer they will be telling you about everything that is wrong. they will then hit you with a horrible bill if you go with it. as for a thermostat the part is cheap but quite a bit needs to be torn out to get to it so again the dealer will rape you. if you are not working on ur car your self find an indypendent mechanic that will be honest and good.

 

My car just hit 129K...the trans was serviced 3K miles ago, I just got a timing belt last month...

 

It's just an in spection light. Doesn't mean anything is wrong. Please search the forums next time. Thats a VERY common question.
