So i found out how to run unlimited boost...
If you wanna try that, then just get the cheaper BKR6E or BKR7Eplugs to see if the plugs are the reason.
I'd try spraying off thefuel soaked plugswith partscleaner and then let themdry. Are the plugsgettingfuel soaked again(after you cleaned and dryed them)when you just tried to start it? Can you smell gas at least? If not maybe the car/ecu has some sort offuel shut-offsystem to protect the engine and it needs to be reset somehow.

damn good louck man. i bet those few seconds with loads o boost were the best uv had in that seat ;-)
I dont think he could have blown a head gasket. people have boosted the crap out of GT series turbo's and not blown that. i think you are probably right about the fuel. hopefully nothing really oroke in the process

I beg to differ once the post count gets above 1000.

Anyway, that sucks *****, Chaos! Hope you get it figured out...
ok im gonna try disconnecting the battery. i did a TBA, but didn't disconnect the battery. maybe the ecu has some weird safety feature. and i'll spray the injectors down with parts cleaner and dry them out and see what happens
This happened to me years ago. My wastegate stuck closed and I overboosted. I heard a "pop" also. On that car, there was a safety built in to kill the fuel pump relay. After this was reset, it started and ran. The bad thing was, the turbo did fail about three weeks later. Hope this helps.
Chaos, you're spraying the spark plugs, right, not the injectors. Parts cleaner will probably damage the injector O-rings.
As for the fuel pump cut-off, I have no idea where they are on our cars.
I had an 89 mustang gt (not mine) roll down my driveway and hit some trees. It wouldn't start afterward, and we found that there was a button/switch in the hatch area that had to be pushed to reset the fuel pump cut-off. Again, this was for a collision, which prob doesn't apply to your circumstances. Although I could imagine the ECU shutting off spark and/or fuel if there was a big fvcking problem with the big numbers your MAF was reading prior to the hoses popping off from too much boost pressure/not enough clampdown.
Your car is at leastpre-MAP sensor, so at least that is one less thing that you don't have to look into. Hope it's just the plugs. Good Luck with that.

check your stock DV to make sure you didnt blow it to were it broke or blew off...which could cause a nice vac leak
