you wont. the schoks are good and strong. the OEM a bit slower that others.

just when you buy lowering springs then buy gas/sport schoks and replace them together. save time and money.

they should work fine if you buy them. the ride hight would be almost identical. ask your self If you want the springs. but 75 is a good price.

and you cant blow your schocks. not considering wear and tear from age. by buying lower springs nothing out of ordinary will happen. just after you do so, go to an alintment shop and let them set the tilt as it suppose to be. many people forget to do so.

Lowering on stock non-sports WILL kill your shocks... the more you lower, the more quickly it will happen.
For 75 dollars, if you can install them yourself, I'd do it. Sport is nearly an inch lower... makes a big difference. If you are paying to have them installed... then I wouldn't bother, I'd wait until you can get a real spring/shock combo.
Either way count on paying for an allignment.

Why is there a different part number for 3/98> rear shocks for TQ then (compare to the earlier models)?
