No, that means either your brake fluid is low, or the float inside the brake resivior is bad.

 

Okay because the light is still flasing after i took it in. I also checked the brake fluid to see how much they put in and they barely filled it past the min didnt even top it off, i dont know if there is some audi policy against toping it off but that also kinda pissed me off.

Its against policy to top off fluid un-less its listed in a major service or major repair. So topping off the fluid yourself would be the first step in fixing the flashing light, it has to be completely topped off.

 

Okay that makes sense then. Also does being a second owner on the car take away any warranty coverages?

 

No, year and mileage affects warranty, you could be the 10th owner it wouldn't matter.
