About a month ago I purchased a certified '08 A4, but within a few days I started to notice that the steering seemed awfully stiff, paradoxically, stiffer at high speed than low. At first I figured this was something I would get used to, but yesterday I drove about 4 hours and by the end my arms were killing me. They're still sore, such that typing this is painful. This can't possibly be right, can it? Is this something that can be adjusted? How do I convince the dealer to fix this?
