I have a 98 avant a4 2.8.it's not wanting to start,only after i put gas in and it is like when a car is driven to empty.and it does'nt matter how much gas i had in before filling,i'ts every time.once the perameters are adjusted after it starts and runs rough{it's thinking}it runs fine .i have an 0455 code,evap lrg. leak detected.could my evap can be getting flooded,could the check valve? be bad.before i start an aimless search,anybody have any answers or ideas.thanks much

 

EVAP system large leak detected probable faults are, hose connection-intake leak-EVAP canistor-EVAP canister purge valve

 

does anyone know if this guy ever got the problem solved and if he did what worked?
