I posted this a few weeks ago but never got any replies:

My car is making a strange noise when rolling to/away from a stop. It's not necessarily when I'm getting on or off the brakes but more when the weight of the car is being transferred front to back or visa versa. It's a strange little popping noise that's irregular but seems to happen always twice (as in I hear two pops). I feel like because it has to do with weight transfer (I think) it could be the engine mount? It definitely sounds like it's coming from the front/engine compartment and I've checked and my pads aren't loose or anything like that.

Thanks for the help, not exactly sure what those are though? Any tips/diagrams? What am I checking for in each?
