so when im driving along in like fourth or cruising in fifth gear (tip) and i downshift to speed up there is like a place at around 3600-4000 rpms where the tach just stays in one place for a second, before continuing to rise. the engine doesnt seem to speed up. i dont think its a turbo lag, but is this normal? is there a way to fix it? this happens especially in third gear. any input appreciated. thanks

 

it just the stupid tip ecu it lags does it take like a second to shift
