Default Sunroof leakin HELP

I have a beautiful B5 that just went of warranty and found out that the Sunroof is leaking. The leak permeates into the backwindshield pillars that have the "airbag" badges.

I've called audi and mentioned about the leakage and water marks in the rear pillars by the rear windshield. Their reply was "take it to the dealer and they will determine if it falls under air bag warranty or not". The problem is that the nearest Audi dealer is 2.5 hours from here (El Paso, Tx). How can I believe the judge and jury if they are the same???

Does anyone know how difficult it is to remove the interior ceiling in order to see if its just a drain that might be clogged?

All feedback will be welcome

THANK YOU ALL

Sorry, this isn't terribly helpful... but how far out of warranty are you? Are you over the mileage, or years, or both?

I don't actually think it is that hard to remove our roofs. I'll try tonight and get back to you. I think removing it from the car might be a problem but you should have enough room to have a look. May I suggest just changing the bloody sunroof seals though?. . . . It aint hard.

Is there anything in the track, keeping it from sealing? Maybe like a dorito or something?

All input will be welcomed, especially since I stopped doing mechanics over 5 years ago. I feel a bit rusty on attempting my own repairs.

THANKS
