Which would be better to put on an 1999 2,8 quattro? Any types your would recomend that u know are realiable?

Yeah there really isn't much of an option, unless you want to spend a ton of money for some custom turbo work. Obviously you havn't done any research.

that is a sick motor i just wish those rotary were relible i know 3 buddys that have them and they have had to get there motors rebuit once each already if they were relible i would definetly have one love those FD's
