Default Suspension / 18" Wheels

I have never put custom wheels on my vehicle before. I just purchased a B7 and want to put some 18" wheels on my baby. I have been reading up on some of these threads, and have noticed that you should lower your ride if you put 18" wheels on it. I want a nice ride, and not a "sporty" ride. I dont have the sports suspension in my vehicle. What suspension should I get to lower my car?

I just put two and two together... both of those threads are related. O_O

Look into sport springs with bilsteins... that will drop you a bit without jarring your bones about (like coils).
