Default Suspension questions

SO i guess theres a recall for the front control arms for my car called the dealer already and made the appointment. Going tommorrow. So how does this work. I know my lower front control arm is making noise and needs replacement. What do they look for when dealing with the recalls will they most likely fix it or not? I wanna know what to expect. Also getting Bilsteins Struts and HR sport springs what kind of drop am i looking at with that? Will it be good enough enough to give me a nice look with my 18' wheels? Thanks guys once again

They just look to see if the bushings are ok and if there is any play in them. If they find them good they will not look at them again for free or fix them for free. So try to make sure they install new ones for you!

Well if they try to get out of replacing them. Tell them to contact your mechanic and give them his phone number. If one is bad, they should replace both of them for you.
