phroztbyt, you may want to hit up brrman and ask for pictures of his custom dash computer mod.

 

My two favorite wheels right now are the Oettinger 5 spokes and the ADR M-sports. There are some OZ wheels that Slim pointed out to me the other day but I can't seem to remember them. oh well...I'd get 18" wheels but no bigger as you might need to roll your fenders if you go bigger.

There is not enough room for a single DIN sized unit to fit where the ash try goes.
It continues to get smaller as it goes deeper.

 

damn... thanks for the post brrman.. that lcd looks great.... i wish i could do that.. do you think i could get a shop to do it.. i'd pay for the install... i just dont know what it would take

 

yeah sure a shop could do it.... it would cost you a crap load of $$$. The parts alone for the carputer were 1G.
Install and fabrication fees would be monstrous.

 

you put your together for 1000 bones! it cost me like 1300 plus like 1000 hours for me to finnally get the bondo to not crack.
