the fwd and awd suspension is different. these coils work for both? doesnt sound right?

right the guys said for the b5 there was a set for FWD and a set for AWD but he said for B6 it was the same, ( or could be adjusted to the same) somthing along those lines.......BTW how much is it to do alignment? i have decided to do the install me self.....i have seen my bro do springs for his e46 so i have some knowlege. Where can i bring my car to have alighemnt? i herd only delaers can do it....

I would think no more than 100 bucks. I had mine done for 75 last year at a local shop.

Which is the better setup in your guys opinion, coilovers (prolly Koni or Oettinger if I can find some) or shocks/springs. I just want to eliminate wheel gap and keep the car running well.

hay just wanted to let you know that I got the koni coil overs and I like them. But I had major problems on the install due to the kit lacking parts to better them if you want give me a call and I can walk you through a much easer way to put them in easy. It will take way to long to post and I want to make sure you understand what I am talking about.

Cool, this in on my list so when i get em ill give you a call, i heard the rears are easy but the fronts are a bitch and it helps if you turn the wheels when doing the fronts. I figure it will take a day, ~8 hours.
