Hi guys,
I did change the temp sensor today because code P0118, everything is fine but false reading on the temp gauge, stays in 1st mark,.
Anybody please help?

sticking thermostat... Can also trigger a temp sensor fault code. Cheap, but not as easy to replace.

I did replace it today, but since that it's reading like I just start the car on.

Bad ground possibly. Or just a bad gauge.

You said you replaced the temp sensor, not the thermostat. Are you saying you replaced both?

I did the thermostat 6 month ago w the TB, and today I replace the coolant temp. sensor because a code P0118 but after I did it, the temp. gauge is giving me false readings
