Installed atp test pipe.Fit good sounds good on stock exhaust and made the turbo sound like a diesel truck but ill never put one in again. The nuts on the turbo came off with no problem at all,the nuts on the back of the exhaust where so rusted and rounded they eventually had to be cut.

 

Sounds like a pain did you use any penetrating oil?

 

yup gave it a good soaking then let it cool for a while then sprayed everything again just to be safe.dam things wouldnt budge.

 

So other than the fact that it was hard to disconnect everything from your turbo, you are happy with the test pipe?

 

definetly,sounds great and you can feel the tourque.

 

This is something I want to do in the near future. I wondered about how the test pipes would fit up to the stock K03. So the fitament was ok up against the turbo?

save the money and gut the cat. why spend the money when you dont have to?

 

If you can wield you should make your own custom test pip and downpipe its really easy, and it will save you some big $$$

I Made mine, the test pipe and down pipe are one whole unit, looks tight made a huge difference..
