Thinking about buying this A4

I did carfax and that looks ok, going to look at it this weekend.
What should I give as an offer?

Its an auto, I'd keep looking.
You want the same car with manual.
Is it Quattro? If its not, definitely keep looking.
If its quattro, and you really want an auto anyway, start low.
Offer 5800, try and get it for low-mid sixes.
