timing

Default timing

i was wondering , do i really need the timing tool , or has someone figured out a trick to do the timing marks on the cam shaft with out the tool?

if you have a 2.8 then its a good idea, if its 1.8, dont worry about it...

The holes all need to line up in the same plane. I believe the larger ones face towards the inside of the engine. The problem is if your off youll do major engine damage. Were talking thousands of dolars here. It can be done without it but it doesnt make sense.
