Default Timing belt

im going to replace my timing belt.

im wondering if you know of any write ups or any ways to do it without removing the whole front end...b/c i did just install my fmic a month back which will make the install harder if i have to take the whole front end off.

where can i get the kit for cheap and do you recomend a light-weight crank pulley?

how hard is this to do?

purems is the cheapest. and NO on the lightweight pulley
how hard is this to do? not hard at all, just time consuming

no, lightweight pulley adds no gains and makes your engine less reliable. it is pointless.

Cam seals should come in the timing belt kit. You won't be able to do them while just doing the valve cover gaskets though - the cam gears have to come off to access the gaskets - that's a job to tackle during the t-belt service.

engine should rev faster, but no real hp gains. Gains arent really worth the cost/effort
