will the motor spin at all if not the valves are hitting the piston and binding the motor let me know if you need help.

Are all the sensor connections back in
Check the timing marks

Try towing the car off - My old audi 80 had a similar problem when i changed its timing belt and it was the only way i got it going

Did you find out what was binding, originally?

If you're confident that your marks are spot on, then it's to the fuel, air, and spark basics.

Did you do a TBA after you hooked everything (battery) back up?
