I HIGHLY WOULDNT RECOMMEND IT but u can hold down the brake and rev the engine to a certian RPM and then let go of the brake doing somewhat of a launch start

Not sure what mods you have but I have the same setup. Its the nature of the beast. There is no safe way to my knowledge to do this. Turbos are lagged and with the autos and lags even more and you dont have much controle over it. If you do find a way I will be interested in it myself.

i dont recommend this but i do it in my escort and escorts have one of the weakest auto trannys and my car seems to be holding up pretty good but throw it into netural then rev it to 3k hold it then pop it in to gear (dont cuss me out if u break ne thing) but that is one possible way. if ur FWD dont even bother cause itll make it worse lol. ORRR use the ebrake instead of the brake pedal.

I personaly have never had a problem launching... When i go, it lags for a split sec, then takes off.. I can certainly take a kia off the line LOL. But I probably only do that once or twice a week... There's really no need to be racing and launching in an automatic all the time. I usually drive pretty conservatively unless i feel like im about to get into a race. I swear im about to sell my nissan and get another 1.8t 5spd!!! I NEED IT. SO DO YOU!
