Go back and see if there are any codes storedin the TCUnow and post them back here.
Usually if the TCU is faulty the transmission will go into limp mode (with all the gears lit up on the LED screen). Run the output tests on the solenoids for the transmission. Unfortunately, I am out of the country and can't access my bentley to tell you how to do it. The Ross tech site may be helpful.
For soft coding I believe you will need a shop code, but you can probably enter any fake code.Read the Ross tech site first before you do any coding and take down the original codenumbers.
