well i got my running good finally. my question is how much difference dose the tip chip make, and what rpm should i shift my car at. keep in mind i have a k04 with a giac pc 16 file

 

how long have you had the k04, black? You have a tip?
I am just curious how much different the car feels. Cuz I am either going
to start a new project car, or go ahead a K04 my tip avant.

 

well brman ive had k04 for a month or so but my trans was leakn so i could get on it. the torque is good and car moves out pretty good. but im not sure where to shift at sometimes i just let it shift itself in tiptro but it dosent seem as fast as if i shift right before redline. i dont know how much diff the car feels cuz i went from stock program to k04 , dont u have a chip

 

yeah I am chipped. Are you running a k04 with stock programming?? Not even chipped programming?

 

no no i was for a while i got the program like 3 weeks ago......... brmann we live KINDA close maybe we should run em sometime if ur in the chicago area see what the difference is

 

I will be in chicago sometime in mid June I think.
That would be an interesting run.
