Default Tiptronic Magnet Problem PLEASE TAKE A LOOK! tip

Whats up guys, i need help... My tiptronic was working ok, until the other day when i had a problem with the shift **** button, it was stucked so a friend of my fix it for free, but.... but the tiptronic wasn´t working anymore, so i start reading a few post about it, and then i removed my center console to take a look. i found two magnets on the floor, so, one of them was the plastic cover (duster) magnet, so i just put it in place, but for the other one, the bigger one, i can´t find where to put it, i guess this is pretty much the only problem that is causing my tip malfunction, so i need to find where to put the big magnet.

small magnet (from the duster) looks like this:

IIIIIIIII

the other magnet, is bigger, looks like this:

IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII

thanks!

Year and model might be helpful. I tried to look in my Bently, but it didn't give the location. I'll try again.

try this

and see picture

In case of problems, first check the magnet at the lateral gate cover -C- of the gate cover is properly attached, replace gate cover, if necessary. Only replace the symbol insert with integrated conductor strip after checking the wires. For vehicles with tiptronic-sport steering wheel, also check the buttons at steering wheel and their wire connections.
