Default Tire Question...

Ok, today I woke up to find my right rear tire completely flat. I was wondering if it may be related to the fact that I slid into a curb on Sunday driving in the snow. Is this possible even though the hit happened 3 days ago??

Or is it more likely related to the full service oil change I had yesterday in which they checked and adjusted the tire pressure??

You could have poped a bead and made a slow leak when you hit the curb, you would think that if it was serviced they would have noticed or fixed that or maybe you just ran over a nail right after your service lol

I checked for any obvious damage and found nothing (nails, slashes). I noticed the cap for where you fill it was missing. Probably some knucklehead at the place where I got the oil changed.

Also, if it was something I did when I hit the curb, would it have taken this long to lose the air?? Wouldnt it have happened that night?? It was perfectly fine every time I looked at it afterward, until this morning.
