I'm having trouble with starting my 03 Audi 3.0 V6 right after i put gas in. I only put $20 to $40 in at a time. It starts fine any other time. As I'm starting it i have to pat the gas pedel a few times. Then rev it up a few time after starting it. Can someone help? Or has anyone else had this problem?

 

On my 2.0T it was the N80 or purge valve that caused the same problem. Not sure if the 3.0 has the same thing. Also check your gas cap if it is creating a tight seal.

 

Thanks for replying. It maybe the purge valve. I had problems and had to put a new one on just a couple of months ago. I'll take it back and excange it. I'll also get a new gas cap to see if that help. Thanks again
