How can I check for a Turbo Leak?

Well, I havned decited if I am getting this car this week.

i am pretty sure i am. but my friend told me to check the car to see if Turbo is leaking. the guy said the Turbo whistles when car starts but after car warms up it goes away.

Sounds like the turbo may be on its way out. Like its a little loose on startup but once it warms up it gets tighter.

hmmm sounds like turbo bearings are shot or needs an oil/filter change, look for any recent service history "receipts" and check parts if new "oil/filter changes are important" with turbos

before you buy it take it to a audi dealer get them to look over the car before you buy it that would be the best money you will ever spend
