All I can tell you is it's a K03. It can handle about 1bar (14.7psi) of boost.

The size of your fist. Literally.
I don't even know what you mean. It's small enough that it can hit full boost by 3K RPMS, and small enough that it can't flow enough air to make horsepower past 5700 RPMS or so. It can handle a little more than a bar of boost, (14.5 psi; 14.7 is atmospheric pressure, which is slightly different for some reason) but by 19 or 20 psi it's out of its efficiency range. It's not big by any measure. That doesn't mean it sucks, although you won't see more than 220 hp out of it ever, but it's tiny.

is it possible to get 275hp at the wheels with that turbo?
or at least the TQ up to 300+

About the size of a donut really. Its a good turbo, its does what its design to do. The ko3/ko4 are torque turbos. My old ko4 i think made as much if not more torque then stage 3.

Yeah, bar is simply just a another measure of boost. Chips range from .8bar to about 1.8bar
