Default Turbo Timer question

Hey i'm not sure if i should get a turbo-timer or not. I've heard of people having weird problems with them, are there certain ones that are good that're made specifically for the 1.8t engine that we have?

is this one good?

Turbo timers are for lazy people. If you are fat, and have bits of cake in between your chin rolls, then by all means buy one... other, non lazy people just drive in a relaxed fashion for the last 2 or 3 minutes of your drive!

im still researching on turbo timers,
im looking at getting the Blitz DTT one
but unfortunately you have to hard wire it in yourself, there are no harnesses for the A4
same goes for the one you are looking at, the apexi one.

anyone ever wired one themselves?
