hi all,
I have a major probem.
Whenever I turn the left or the right blinker on, both lights would start blinking, not only the left one or the right one.

So for example, I turn the right blinker on, both lights will start blinking (like the hazard light), not only the right one.

Anybody have any idea whats wrong?

oh, I have a 96 A4 Quattro btw.

Probably a bad relay, its located behind the flasher switch on newer models, not sure about on a 96 though.

 

Happened to my car also, as onepoint8tee says, bad relay switch.

 

k, so i got the dummy button and the hazard button pulled ouy. but how can i pull the relay out?
