Hey guys I just installed my forge004 valve in my B6 1.8T. Heres some pictures. I just want to know if I did it right, before I attempt to start the car. Thanks

looks about right. i did the same 004 in my b6. fire it up. if you get no whoosh when letting off. it wont hurt anything you juts know you did it wrong

yah the top vac line is what i screwed up. you better of fired it up by now. your car would idle like **** if your vac peice was messed up. and if it was on backwards it wouldn;t work. as long as it works there should be no issues.

works great! I think I could deff use one of my stiffer springs though.... Im going to try the next stiffest. I have the weakest one (the green spring) in there right now

The only thing I notice is when idleing in neutral if I rev it, and then let off the gas the revs drop to like 600-700 but quickly return to normal 900-1000rpm.. is this normal? other than that im going to go go take a video right now and post it up!

Nice. Good to see you stuck with it. From what I've learned you should be ok with that green spring untill you get chipped. When you get that you'll want to go with the yellow.

geen spring is fine. about the drop in rpms...... sounds like a vac issue. check your lines and your billet vac return plug

Idle should be 800rpms. Its only ~1000rpms when the sai is on.

there is now more x2004 users now than total uses of bov's < 1year ago.
