WHICH WIRE POST AT BOTTOM...

Installing my air/fuel gauge and need to know how to remove the driverside bottom kickboard... is there a D.I.Y that anyone knows of...2002 B6 1.8TQ... already spliced one wire so i need help as fast as possible thanks

are you trying to run a wire? if you pop open the fuse panel you can run a wire this way and just simply tuck it under the kick panel.

 

Yeah there's really no need to remove the knee bolster. He can also run it through the ECU box (thats how I did it).

 

which wire is the sensor wire

so far iv cut and spliced:
Grey wire: No good
Yellow Wire: No good
Red wire: ?
Black: ?
White: ?

 

ARe you splicing into the ECU wires or directly into the O2 sensor?? Shouln't you have researched this before just cutting!!??

 

i found the wire and yes i shoudl have but it doesnt matter anymore i went to take it for a test run and hit a huge deer going 45 mph and comepletly fucked my car... like completely, not totalled but its pretty fucked... well that was worth it
