VAg and Other problems

I have a crack in my expansion tank is that hard to replace? LIke a DIY type of thing? and can anyone help me with the these vag codes?? i figured its sensors but im not sure where and which ones they are and if its a easy thing to replace with out having to take it to the STealership

16500 - Engine Coolant Temp. Sensor (G62): Implausible Signal
P0116 - 92-00 - Unknown Error Elaboration
16540 - Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor B2 S2: Malfunction in Circuit
P0156 - 92-00 - Unknown Error Elaboration

When is the last time you Vaged you car. I'd clear them and see which return.

You need a coolant temp sensor and an O2 sensor

What is P0116 - 92-00 - Unknown Error Elaboration

But you should still clear them and see what returns

Expansion tank is a DIY, you gotta lower the coolant level at least out of the expansion tank and then it should only be 4-5 phillps head screws.

yeah i havent vagged it in a while. ima clear them as ya recommend and then see what happens. i know i need both sensors, but im not sure which O2 sensor it is or where the temp sensor is located..


TRAIL where is the drain located for me to remove some of the coolant? and those clamp are one time use right?

You need Bank2 Sensor2

The post cat sensor on the driver side

And the temp sensor is on the rear of the engine passenger side almost under the intake pipe

thanks david, yeah i figured its not gonna affect the performance of the car since its been like that for a while but that CEL is really annoying. is that a replacement i can do by myself with no problem?
