Very Wierd Issue
Ok, take these out? Along WITH Hoses going to Radiator?

heater core is up by the firewall, its not located on engine, basically ok, the car has a split type firewall, so like behind where the expansion tank is on the 2nd firewall (like where battery sits) you will see 2 coolany hoses running into the inlet and outlet for the heater core, the one on the left you move.

no your only going to move the one hose on the left side of the heater core to the bleed position, basically when you look at that hose you will see there is a hole on top of the hose, if you undo the clamp and pull it back like about an inch you will see there is a matching hole in the inlet tube, move the hose to there and clamp it back down, then track the large diameter hose from the expansion tank to the block, and you will see a screw on there with like kind of a nipple on it, loosen it a few turns and start the car, basically it will spit coolant out the holes, wait till its a steady stream and then close the lines back up, i would try though what i said with the expansion cap first, i did my timing belt,t-stat and water pump this weekendon my 12 valve and all i did was let it run with the cap off the expansion tank and got the air out of the system that way, didnt even do the bleed procedure, but ive heard of alot of people not being successful that way. so what i explained to you is the bleed procedure straight from bentley manual.
little fan to the left is the air-con the bigger is for the engine, the pipe to bleed at the bulk head is the upper right "notice the bleed nipple" air always goes to the highest point (the expansion tank) but the heating pipes need help to get rid of the air hence the bleed nipple on the higher pipe at the bulk head when bleeding a system ensure the heater in the car is in full hot position if not it wont bleed the heater matrix, nice picture there
And what coolant did you put in your Audi that you got at the Autostore?
Although not related to your current problem, if you put the wrong antifreeze in, or mixed types, you are going to have problems in the long term.
Best recommendation is the pink G12 50/50 mix with distilled water.
