vogtland vs. koni/stasis
after some research, ive narrowed down my quest for sport level coilovers to a set of vogtland's - http://www.pure-motorsport.com/produ...ion.php?II=148 and a set of koni/stasis - http://www.product-finder.net/achtun...lover-Kit.html
They seem to be fairly even quality/abilitywise. One thing that jumped out was the fact that to adjust dampening on the koni/stasis kit. Has anyone had experience with either kits or the dampening adjustment process?

Many of the Koni coil-overs are adjustable without taking them off the car. Unfortunately, for our cars they must be removed before changing the dampening. I've worked with neither the Vogtland's or the Koni's on an A4 but I've worked with the Koni's on Hondas, and they did very well.
Koni drops 2", Vogtland drops 3". I was planing to get B+G but it was backorder but they will have new products coming up in couple of months (they said they are waiting for approve) new technology make the c/o easier to adjust. If I cannot wait 2 months, I'll go with Vogtland because I want 3" drop. As far as I read, it looks good c/o.
School let out yesterday...and I don't have a lift, or jackstands, or anything. I was gonna drive down to my uncle's shop and use his ****, but it was rainy, and my car makes really disturbing noises when it's rainy, so I'll see what Monday is like. I also have some brake pads and slotted rotors to throw on there, too. When I'm done, I'm gonna use an entire tank of gas in the canyons. And I'll tell you about the damping adjustability, ride, handling, drop, etc. If you can wait.
