just sell the audi...get your lil ricer car....and you can run your 12's and be happy.....


i dont have any clue as to why you would have bought a car that weighed a thousand pounds more in weight if you were looking to run super low quarter miles...

 

Ok im reading these posts and I have to respond. I see all this talk about wooping a gsr and honda is crap this and that and im not buying it. Let me tell you I am currently selling my acura integra and am buying an a4 because im looking for a little more luxury type of a car but I am disapointed in the quickness of the Audi. A stock gsr will run a 15-15.1 1/4 and a 1.8t chipped (not even stock) runs what a 15.3-15.5 and the 3.0 a 15.2 so tell me how all of you are wooping these gsrs (which will run mid 14's with next to nothing done, and at that a gsr motor in a civic which is a lighter car than the acura so would be even quicker. Im not saying this to ad fuel to the fire but I just really hate when people talk crap especially when they are not right. Now I hope im not the target of hate because I will soon be the owner of an Audi because I believe they are a nice car but at the same time and im sure there are some of you out there that will agree the hondas arent crap (not to mention Consumer Reports says that European cars were the least reliable and Japanese were the most reliable) and im sorry to say the a4 does dissapoint in the speed department.

I do it with big turbo. You are right there, european cars are def not as reliable as jap cars

 

Urbamworm, not sure where you got all ur info, but stock chipped A4s can run high 14s. The chips take 1 to 1.5 sec of your 1/4 depending on your skills. The reason there slow in stock form is becuase they are severely detuned, thats why you can add 50hp with no mods.

alright, i'm not gonna waste my time reading ALL of this... yet. but man, honestly, with your driving skills you SHOULD be driving a civic. if you got your *** handed to you by a banger like that, you shouldn't be driving nice cars, you need a beginner car. Hell, I took down a Civic with similar mods (2002 Si... VTEC badge... it's a Honda.. who knows if he actually had VTEC). I absolutely demolished him... IN MY FORD ESCAPE! AHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH! Now yeah... the Escape has a hell of a lot of guts... but it's an SUV for f*ck sakes! if ur in an audi and checkin out the backside of a Honda down a drag strip... it ain't ur car's fault.

 

sounds to me like you just can't driveand just curious well u are only 16 we already know this but I have 2 questions 1 how much money did your buddy have to put into his del sol with all the parts you have listed there ? and second why would you buy an Audi just for your sreet racing you really are dumb shut the fu@k up and go buy your POS Honda

 

im 21 not 16 you didnt know that.my buddy prob spent maybe 7G or 8G he runs 12's i think it takes like 12g for an audi to run low 12's i can get the spec on that for you but besides that i did not pay for my car was given to me. but i did have say so on what car i wanted i got the audi for the Hp and the TQ number as well the luxury that comes with it but, im not really into street racing hard core but i do race from time to time. i will have a video for those who would like to see just pm me its an 2.8 FWD A4 vs GSR vtec integra. the GSR is lighter i can understand why it beat me from a dig i beat it from a roll later on that night and b4 i said i got beat by a civic SHOC i dont have video of this one but it beat my a4 from a dig have not raced him from a roll yet thing is i launch and shift correctlly but i still loose you can say bad driver all you want but i know what im doing when it comes to driving. i guess im just venting. i dont hate the audi reguardless of my 1st post they are very nice looking cars there is no doubt about that i just thought they were a lil bit quicker.
