Just got an email from VVME. Absolutely no parts support. No free warranty replacement will be issued.I have to pay $35 for a new bulb, and $35 for a new ballast. that's $70 total, andI paid $90 for everything.... just a heads up, that's the most they'll do. their warranty is a "discount" on new parts according to them.

thought everyone should know. bad product out of the box, and it's gonna cost another $70 to make it right. i CAN NOT refer them to anyone, nor recommend you give em a shot.

Ryan.
that's pathetic customer service/ parts support. sorry to hear that you're pretty much SOL, what are your plans now?

Hmm... Weird, I have not had a single problem with mine and I have had them for about 6 months or so now.

there's an easy joke to be made here, but I'll refrain.

yeah, I know alot of people have had great results. It's my opinion that alot of the problems people have with non factory HIDs are incorrect installation and/or handling of bulbs. This is just blatantly not the case here. I'm not sure what direction I'm going to go. I have one good bulb and one good ballast, so if anyone needs an 8k bulb, or a good ballast for a vvme kit, let me know. OR if someone has a spare ballast, let me know.

Also, if anyone has a quality vendor for HIDs locally (as in US based sales and support) let me know. I'm in the market.

This thread is making me nervous. I placed an order with vvme a few days ago and now I'm wondering if its a mistake. Oh well, I guess its like gambling. I just placed a $90 bet!!!!
