Just read an old post that suggest checking a different fuse. Checked it out. It was the fuse. It appears all is working Switched it with the horn fuse. Now the washer works no horn. Guess it was the fuse.

Well that's an easy fix. If it blows again soon though, you have a problem.

Washer fuse popped again. Call the Audi dealer. They said this is a common problem with A4's. They now install 30A fuses in lieu of the 25A suggested in the owner manual. So far it seem to be working.
Any one else been told this? If so, will the 30A fuse do the job without damaging the motor?

That could work, I don't really like the idea of using a larger fuse, but I also don't know the size or capabilitys of the wiring in the car. The motor shouln't be hurt but as a rule you want the fuse to be the weakest link, not wires or anything else. But If thats what they told you.

If it blows again, search the archives before replacing the motor. The wiper arm mechanisms tend to stiffen/bind with age, and can cause the motor to overheat and blow the fuse.

David9999,
Car is not that old. 02 with 30K
The wipers always work. It is the washer pump fuse that shorts out.
