Default Water level going down daily (no leak)

My water level in teh reserve water tank is going down daily by 200ml. I have sent it to workshop to check for any leaks. Could not find any leaks. The mechanic suggested that to replace the tank cap (plastick cap) but problem is still not solved. By the way, my engine temparature does not go up. It is normal.

I am not sure whether changing the water pump will solve this problem. The mechanicalso suggested that I change the reserve water tank (plastic tank). I do not want to change this stuff since he is not sure whether this will solve the problem.

Can someone help me.

i would flush with g12 and check your rear coolant flange, its very tough to see and the coolant can run down the tranny making it difficult to see the leak.. if u search u can find some pics

Have you had anything replaced recently? Like a coolant hose? It might be air bubbles slowly leaving the system if it wasnt charged correctly.

Otherwise the water wont just dissappear.. well technically if it evaporates and becomes steam its dissapearing.. but hey you know what I mean!
Its going somewhere!

I had a similar issue, they finally found the leak in the back of the block, it would only leak when the system was not under pressure (car off), thus why they could not find it for a while... might be worth a shot to have them check that, or check it yourself.

Do you have any starting problems? Could be a head gasket leaking coolant into one or more cylinders...

Finally, found the problem.

It is due to the heater. There seems to be a leak in the heater.Temporarily solution done by the mechanic : Disable the connection to heater since I do not need the heater function in my country of residence. Connected the aircond directly without mixing with heater hose. Now, the aircond temperature cannot be controlled. It is too cold.

Waiting to get a secondhand heater which is being sourced by the mechanic.
