ive been having this problem when turning my wheel all the way to the left or right just as i start up the car and go to pull out. after that it usually goes away. im thinking it might just be making this noise because its out sitting in 20-30 degree weather for 8 hours while im at work. should i be worried?

 

Im thinking its your power steering pump, the oil used in it is thicker when cold, and turning your wheel all the way stresses the pump more. when it heats up after use the oil is thinner allowing it to stress the pump less
