Weird sound when letting off the throttle

Sometimes when I shift a weird sound comes from the blow off valve, like it makes the normal pshh but also a sound like "huuuh or hoo" it is a diverter splitter

Might be a bad vac line but it could also just be a characteristic of the valve you have.
