it's probably a knock-off rieger (which is actually a knock-off itself)...so a knock-off knock-off?

I think it looks a lot more like JE design than reiger. The reiger goes under the exhaust, and has two slots rather than 3 like the JE.

first of all rieger has three different rear bumpers the V1, V2, and V3
the pic u showed was the V1
