i have a 2004 audi a4 non-quattro the problem is the car shakes when free running(No gas), and the RPM will be around 800 even cold start sometimes. But sometimes when i turn on the heater or AC the problem just gone. So i am thinking could this be a bad PCV valve ??? by the way, no check engine llight on or other lights

Another problem is my car has CAM seal leak and CAM adjuster seal leak, so i went to the audi dealer, and the mechanic says "does not appear to be active leak at this time" What is that means ? i am going to LA next weekend , do i have to fix it before i go ?
