What do you do with your arm rest?

I always use it. always bended for me. I do not use handbreak, out of reach. the stick is never up. Oh well you gain some, you lose some.
I'm 5'9" almost 5'10"

Mines a tip, so no probems shifting. Always have it down, but in its highest position. Love it. Keep altoids, and some loose change in it!

Mine stays all the way down, and I have no problem shifting, my elbow just slides along it as I shift, 6'1" if it matters.

i keep it in the lowest position, the one below horizontal. always used to keep it up until i found out about this position. 6'2'...

I'm moderately tall too but i scoot up nice and close to the steering wheel and i dont usually have problems with the armrest. it's own most of the time, every once and a while i throw it up to give my self some room for hardcore shifting haha
I just noticed your APR Tuned badge on your ride.. Thats an interesting spot.. Did you get that with your chip? I got mine with my boost gauge and put it on my tool box....

the arm rest in audis is the dumbest place i've ever seen i keep mine up and the leater on it sqeaks if my arm is on it ... you can pull the e brake very well either ... o well may b im the only one

I think audi's have the coolest arm rests, they havent changed in like 20 years. Most cars you dont even have the option to raise them.
