saw a 68 beetle at raceway park in englishtown nj a few years ago, thing had a 454 big block in it with a 700r4 i believe. there was one racing seat bolted down where the stock rear seat would have been (motor was mounted in front obv) thing was nasty and turned some ungodly times.

iduno, im doing some serious consideration about swaping my engine. its got 162 grand on it and has nitrous. i wana do somthing a little diffrent as well, so i think one of those vr6t swaps is looking good. Still need do alot of reaserch. but i know a guy with a vr6 engine hes will to let go of.
