What kind of spark plug for A4 2.0T 2006?

What kind of Spark plug for A4 2.0T 2006? I would like to know the number NGK or Bosch.
How many mile the original spark plug will used?

These are the factory Bosch replacements.

Some people have been using the Bosch F5DP0R as a replacement as well with good results.
