ive been looking to fix my occasional rough idle/loss of power under throttle...

i came across this part that was dirty, but dont know exactly what it is or if it could be the cause. what is it?

PCV valve, if thats clogged chances are all your lines are as well, change the valve and run an engine treatment in the oil.

 

its just the regulator, the pvc valve is under the intake manifold. I have mine removed with a 90* fitting and a catchcan. If you want a used one, let me know.
